between Ithaca and Watkins Glen lies a beautiful place to make a friend. I keep sharing my music and people keep showing me what kindness care and joy mean. Thank you to the friends of Mecklenburg Pond Park 💐

Seriously can’t thank yall enough for helping Living Room come to life 🛋️ I opened the door and YALL SHOWED UP!!! Still so overwhelmed with gratitude for the community I felt and witnessed this past weekend Shoutout to the incredible musicians who joined me on stage to share their talent @therealcryinbrian @ashford_king @gregtakez and thank every single one of you who checked out the EP, sent me DMs n texts n voice messages, shared n liked stuff on social media, everyone who’s come out to enjoy my music and show support, everyone who took pictures and grabbed some sick new Andre Keef stickers, everyone who chanted 🗣️ “SHEL-BY” to show the GOAT @kruptini the love she deserves and remind her that none of this is possible without her, the bro @pmk724 who came through to rock even though his left collarbone is in two separate pieces, everyone who showed up and became a part of this project in real life. It’s powerful stuff and it’s the fuel that keeps this journey going 🚂 Come sweat it out w me and @bennyp_music and @slowtelevisionband at @thegrapephl this Friday to kick off the weekend 🌡️🤘🍇

Living Room EP

Living Room is a three-song EP from Andre Keef that was written and recorded the way most of these songs have always lived: quietly, at home, without much fuss. It’s got heart with some twang — call it bluegrass, folk, indie, or just a guy and his instruments in a West Philly basement.

The record grew out of a pull toward simplicity. Keef found himself digging into acoustic music and traditional forms, recognizing the value of authenticity that isn’t too concerned with novelty. These songs came quickly and honestly, most of them arriving nearly whole in a single sitting.

It’s about making space — clearing out the noise to see what's actually there. Living Room is literal and figurative. These are the songs that have always been strummed in private, and this is Keef opening the door.
